Our brief was to investigate the change of use and conversion of a former school assembly hall (which is a listed building) to provide a high specification dwelling.

The hall has a large vaulted ceiling with grand windows at either end. Our design sought to provide natural light throughout the dwelling with rooms created through the insertion of bespoke furniture elements within the larger volume.

A mezzanine floor creates living space at height with views to Louth.
