We looked at opportunities and updated the drawing package to make a Section 73 application for amendments to the original consented design.

The project comprised a full remodel of the existing house with a new social kitchen and vaulted garden room in a large extension. A new master bedroom with ensuite and a new family bathroom all benefit from views across the Lincolnshire countryside.
