A potential use was sought for an area of land close to the beach at Chapel St Leonards.

Following extensive site investigation, we produced a design for a series of holiday lodges set within a carefully considered landscape.

The use of trees and understorey shrubs with wildflowers, native grasses and sculptural dunes provide privacy, public amenity and suggest walkways.

Planning permission was granted for the proposal.
