Eastgate

An attractive family home with large living room spaces to the street elevation but with smaller rooms to the rear and no connection to the garden.

The initial client need was for an extension to the rear to creating a larger kitchen. Upon reviewing the existing spaces, we suggested the removal of a large unused chimney breast dividing rooms to create the desired open plan kitchen diner within the existing house.

The works including full structural support and a bespoke timber kitchen from Murdoch Troon of Louth are now complete.
