The revitalisation of an existing derelict industrial process building. The brief was to create a social working environment with a series of different creative office spaces.

Key building features are retained with new glazing to existing delivery doorways keeping the original form and detailing whilst bringing in natural light and views.

A double height multi use space incorporates stepped access to the upper floor. Seating provides areas for small meetings or workspace and forms a terrace for larger social gatherings and presentations.
